This is a minor version that includes a number of fixes, a better character sets support, and some new functionalities requested by our users:

ARSmarts is pleased to announce the release of the GA version of the Data Manager. This new ARSmarts module is dedicated to the Remedy experts.
The Data Manager provides access to the data of your Remedy systems through a simple, powerful and easy-to-use interface.
ARSmarts Data Manager beta program was a real success. There were lots of participants, and we received plenty of valuable feedback. A number of issues were brought to our attention (and rapidly fixed) and the beta testers also suggested several very interesting useful features that will find their way in ARSmarts in the coming versions.
We are now working on a GA version that will be available soon.
Let me also take this opportunity to thank all the participants, and specially the early birds who had to cope with the most issues.
