ARSmarts participated to the German RUG 2012 in Berlin. This was a great meeting, and it was nice to meet with the Remedy community in Germany and talk with AR System developers and support experts who visited our booth. "This is just the tool I need :-) :-) ..." said one of them.
ARSmarts has been designated "Best New Product" at the WWRUG 2011 !

ARSmarts 2.7 supports Roles and Applications in all functionalities of ARSmarts (Search, Compare, Document, ...) and is fully compatible with ITSM764.

One of our newest user has written a small post on the internet about his experience with ARSmarts; Here it is:

I used to live in the ARS system, I used to feel I knew everything about it and the systems I worked on. But now days I hardly touch ARS anymore.
However, the other day I wanted to figure out why something was working the way it was. I had "no idea" how it worked; I had never looked at the internals of the system before.
I spent a good 6 hours over a couple days trying to figure it out. I never really "solved it".
Today I downloaded ARSmarts and gave it a whirl.
It was AWESOME!!! here is what I did:
15 minutes total time:
Download the software.
Opened it up, poked around some options.
Loaded my system (direct from ARS) into ARSmarts.
Searched for my fields, found what I was looking for, and the filters that were making it happen.
So, what took me 6 hours of time over 3 days only took me 15 minutes with ARSmarts, and I would say 12-15 minutes of that was the download/install.
A MAJOR time saver.
So, big Kudos to ARSmarts.

ARSmarts was present at the WWRUG 2010 (Oct 18-22) in the Hard Rock Hotel in Las Vegas (USA), together with our partner RRR (www.rrr.se). Many of you visited our booth, and this was an opportunity to shake hands again with old customers and friends, as well as to meet face to face with other we knew through email and phone calls.
We would like to thank the WWRUG team for a great event, and we already look forward to WWRUG2011.
